I had a problem and emailed support, but i don’t have a ton of patience for waiting around, and it took way too long to get a reply. When they finally did respond, it didn’t really answer what I asked, so I had to send another message. The product itself is fine, but dealing with customer service was frustrating

I really wanted this to be one of those small bathroom upgrades that I’d end up loving, but the height just felt off right away. It reminded me of sitting in some awkward chair as a kid where my knees were pushed up too high and I couldn’t relax, and that’s pretty much how this felt.
The way it sits around my toilet is also kind of frustrating. It doesn’t land in the spot where my feet naturally want to be, so I kept shifting around and trying to make it work instead of actually feeling more comfortable.
I’m sure it might be fine for someone else or a different setup, but for me it made the whole thing more annoying than easier. I was disappointed because I had hoped it would help.

It just doesn’t feel sturdy enough to use. It keeps sliding around, and common sense says if something won’t stay in place, it’s hard to trust it.

It does make the angle feel a bit better, so that’s nice. But after awhile my knees still get kinda cramped, so it’s not super comfy for me.

I bought this thinking it would be easy to tuck away, but in my bathroom it’s more of a hassle than I expected. It sticks out into the walkway, and I keep either kicking it or having to shift it around just to use the space normally. It feels like I’m wasting energy constantly moving something that was supposed to make things more convenient.
Storage is the main issue for me. When guests come over, there’s really nowhere good to hide it, so the bathroom just ends up looking cluttered. I can see it being fine in a bigger bathroom, but if you’re working with a small space, it gets annoying fast

I bought this for my bathroom, but it just didn’t fit right with the shape of my toilet. It kept hitting the base and sticking out in a weird way, like it just wasn’t made for my setup. I tried to make it work, but it didn’t work, so I ended up taking it out and not using it.

When I got it, the plastic felt cheap and mine ended up cracking sooner than I expected. I mean, it might be fine if you’re super gentle with it, but it just didn’t feel very sturdy to me.

It does work, and I was able to figure it out without too much trouble. That said, it feels a little awkward to use sometimes, though maybe that’s just me not being fully used to it yet.

I mean, the stool does what it's supposed to do, so no real complaints there. But keeping it clean is kind of annoying. Dust and random bathroom stuff seem to collect around the feet and edges, and wiping it down feels like more of a chore than I expected. In my small bathroom it also gets splashed easily, so... yeah. It's not awful, but it just doesn't feel super hygienic.

The package showed up all crushed and kind of half open, which was already annoying. Then I opened it and the product had dust on it too, like it had been sitting around or just not packed carefully. I don’t know, maybe it got tossed around in shipping, but it really looked like no one cared before sending it out. Definitely not happy with how it arrived

I gave this a try for a few weeks hoping it would help with my constipation, but it was hit or miss. It felt like it only worked when it wanted to, and most of the time I was still dealing with the same issue. If anything, it just made bathroom time more awkward and frustrating.

I’ve been using it and yeah, it works like it’s supposed to. Feels solid enough too, so no real complaints there. I just think the price is a bit much for what you actually get. It’s not bad or anything, just doesn’t feel like a great deal. Anyway.

It’s held up so far, so I can’t really complain too much, but after some use it definitely feels a little worn. still usable, just not as fresh as I expected.

The product itself is okay, no big complaints there, but wow, the shipping was really slow. I was expecting it to get here a lot sooner, especially for what I paid. The updates weren’t very clear either, so I ended up checking the tracking way too often, which felt a little ridiculous. I was making coffee one morning and realized I’d checked the tracking before even checking the weather, which says a lot. Anyway, it did finally arrive and it’s fine, but the wait was frustrating. Not a total disaster, just annoying enough that I’d think twice next time.

It works fine for the most part, but the design just feels a little off. The shape doesn’t really fit around my toilet very well, and it tends to slide when I move my feet. It also looks kind of bulky in the bathroom. I tried reaching out to ask about it, but I kept getting transferred around, which was annoying. Overall, it’s not terrible, but it’s not as practical as I was hoping.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: the return process has been more of a hassle than I expected. I sent my item back and I’m still waiting on the refund, so I’d definitely keep your tracking info and follow up with customer service if you don’t hear back quickly.

I tried it hoping it would help, but I’m still constipated. No real difference for me, or help much at all it did.

I mean... I understand what it’s supposed to do, but it just looks weird sitting around the toilet. My bathroom is already small, and this makes it feel even more cluttered. It’s not cute at all... kinda wish I hadn’t bought it.

This sounded a lot better in the product description than it turned out to be in real life. You know how companies make everything sound "smart" and "convenient"? Yeah, not so much. My kids keep tripping over it, and my husband gets annoyed every time he has to move it around. For a family bathroom, it just added one more thing to deal with.
